Reiki means cosmic energy or universal life force energy.

Reiki can be done either in person or remotely.

In person Reiki sessions generally take from 60-90 minutes or longer depending on the situation.
The session is done on a massage table with sheets, a blanket, and a pillow for comfort. Comfort is key for a Reiki session. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing for your session.

Remote Reiki sessions can be sent to any person, animal, place, or situation that is in need of positive reinforcement, healing, or loving attention. 
A Remote session is just as effective as an in person session. 

$120 for an in person Reiki session
$30 for a remote Reiki session

It is recommended (but not completely necessary) to book 3-4 consecutive Reiki sessions initially. This will give the body the consistent Reiki it needs to harmonize itself. After the initial treatment, scheduling depends on the person's condition and goals.  
 
The practitioner uses a series of hand positions over all of the major organs of the body to allow Reiki (universal life force energy) to flow in and recharge your entire system, allowing healing to occur where it is needed the most, whether it is needed on an emotional, spiritual, or physical level.  One generally comes away from a Reiki session feeling a deep sense of peace and relaxation, a clear sense of purpose, and a deeper connection to one's self and to others.

Reiki does not conflict with other treatments or modalities, can reduce healing time when used with other therapies, does not negatively affect medications, and has no contraindications.

Reiki is an intelligent energy that goes to the greatest need, is not a religion, and one does not have to believe that it is working for it to work.
